Children's bikes take a lot of knocks and get outgrown fast, so they need checking more often than you would think. Warm, plain-English advice, and we tell you what needs doing before we do it.
A grow-with-me adjustment (saddle, handlebars and brake reach) is free with any kids' service.
Family price: 10% off when you book two or more kids' bikes together. Just mention it when you book and we take it off the bill.

Collection & return
We collect from your door and bring the bike back when it's done. One price covers both journeys. We cover Rochford, Rayleigh, Hockley, Ashingdon, Canewdon, Hawkwell, Hullbridge and Stambridge.
Outside those areas? Choose collection anyway — your booking is flagged for us to check, and we'll confirm by email before anything is arranged.

Questions
We collect and return across Rochford District — Rochford, Rayleigh, Hockley, Ashingdon, Canewdon, Hawkwell, Hullbridge and Stambridge. Collection and return costs £30 for both journeys. If you're just outside the area, book anyway and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.
No. If we find something beyond the booked service, we send an estimate to My Shed with photos and notes. Nothing extra is done until you approve it.
No. Service prices cover labour. Any parts needed are estimated first and only fitted once you approve them. We're also happy to fit parts you supply.
When your bike is ready you'll get an invoice in My Shed. You can pay securely by card through Stripe or with PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Mountain bikes, gravel, road, hybrid, kids' bikes and e-bikes. We've been servicing bikes since 2012.
Travers Bikes is an authorised Garbaruk distributor. We order Garbaruk parts in for you when you buy, and they usually arrive in about three weeks. We'll email you when your order ships.

Most of our work comes from riders telling other riders. If we've looked after your bike, a review really does help — and if something wasn't right, tell us first and we'll put it right.
