What happens next

1. We email you to confirm the day and time (usually within a working day).
2. You bring the bike in on the day. We check it in with you and note anything you want us to look at.
3. If we find something else that needs doing, we message you with the price first. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
4. When it's ready you get the invoice in My Shed, and you pay by card or when you collect. You pay nothing today.
