Workshop

• Service prices cover labour. Parts are extra and estimated before fitting.
• There is a minimum workshop charge of £15 per visit (labour, before parts and collection). If the jobs you book come to less, the invoice is topped up to £15.
• We won't carry out extra work without your approval, given through My Shed or in writing.
• Collection and return costs £30 per booking within our area. Out-of-area collections are confirmed before they're arranged.
• Payment is due before the bike is returned or collected.
• Uncollected bikes. We'll tell you when your bike is ready. If it isn't collected within 30 days we'll contact you by every route we have, and we may charge a reasonable storage fee from then on. If we still can't reach you or agree a date within 90 days of that first notice, we may sell the bike to cover what you owe, after giving you written notice as the law (the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977) requires, and we'll pay you anything left over.
• Care of your bike. We take reasonable care of every bike in our workshop or in transit. We are responsible for loss or damage to it caused by our negligence, and for nothing beyond the cost of repairing or replacing it. Please make sure your own insurance covers it, and tell us about anything valuable or fragile fitted to it (for example a carbon frame, electronics or a dropper post) when you book.
• Test rides. We may ride your bike briefly, on quiet roads or in the workshop area, to check that brakes and gears work.
• Old parts. We'll return worn parts you ask for. Otherwise we'll dispose of them for you.
• Work guarantee. If something we've done isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll put it right at no charge. This doesn't cover new wear, crashes or parts that fail through no fault of the work.

Online shop

• Prices include VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout.
• Made-to-order items (for example Garbaruk) are ordered from the manufacturer after you buy and usually arrive in about three weeks.
• You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Bespoke and made-to-your-specification items, such as frames and custom-built wheels, are excluded once we've started making or ordering them. • Your statutory rights are not affected.
