What to compare when you shop around
Custom titanium frames from other UK makers that I looked at in October 2026 were listed from about £2,600 up to about £6,000. One quoted around seven months from enquiry to delivery. A Travers frame is from £1,999 and takes about 12 weeks from drawing approval.
Price is only part of it. Before you choose any maker, ask:
- How long from order to delivery, and does the quote say so?
- Do you see a drawing, and how many changes are included?
- What does the warranty cover, and for how long? Mine is 5 years.
- Are VAT and UK delivery in the price?
- Who do you talk to if something is not right?

How much does a custom titanium frame cost in the UK?
It depends on the maker. The custom titanium frames I looked at from other UK makers in October 2026 ranged from about £2,600 to £6,000. A Travers bespoke frame is from £1,999 for road and 700c gravel, and £2,199 for mountain bike, 32-inch and fat bike frames, including VAT and free UK delivery.
What is included in the price?
The frame designed around you, up to three revisions of the CAD drawing, an inspection and clean before it reaches you, free UK delivery, VAT, and a 5-year frame warranty. Rack, mudguard and bag mounts, extra bottle bosses and internal routing are free.
What costs extra?
Titanium nitride finish, a Pinion gearbox frame, sliding dropouts, a belt-drive splitter and couplers. The full list with prices is on this page.
Is titanium worth the money?
Titanium does not rust or corrode, takes knocks well, and rides with a feel many riders describe as lively and comfortable. It is a frame you can keep for many years. There is a plain-English comparison with steel and carbon in the guide.
Do I pay everything up front?
No. When you accept your confirmed quote you choose a deposit, from 50% up to paying in full, and the rest is paid when your frame is ready.
