What there is
Nextie make carbon rims for mountain bikes, gravel, road and fat bikes, plus complete wheelsets, disc wheels and frames. I order them in from Nextie for you when you buy, so there is no stock on a shelf and no importing for you to do.

Choosing
Three ways to buy
- A rim. If you or your builder will build it. The Nextie page lists them all with their widths and weights.
- A complete wheelset. Built by Nextie in their factory. About 6 weeks.
- A hand-built wheel. I build it here, on the hub you choose. The wheel builder shows the price as you go.

Nextie in the UK: FAQ
Can I buy Nextie rims and wheels in the UK?
Yes. I am the UK distributor: every current Nextie carbon rim, the complete wheelsets, disc wheels and frames, ordered in for you when you buy. Prices include VAT, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How long does it take?
About 6 weeks for a rim or a complete Nextie wheelset. A hand-built wheel takes about 7 weeks, because the rim is ordered in first and then built here.
Rims, complete wheels or hand-built?
Rims only if you have a wheel builder already. A complete Nextie wheelset for a ready-made specification. A hand-built wheel if you want to choose the hub, spokes and nipples, including a SON dynamo hub.
How do I pick a rim?
Start with the wheel size and what you ride. Then choose the width for your tyre: the rim pages give the external and internal width and the tyre range each is made for. The tyre pressure calculator on the wheel building page helps with the tyre. If you are unsure, ask me.
Can I return a rim?
Rims are ordered in specially for you, so they cannot be cancelled once ordered. If one arrives faulty or not as described, you get a full refund.
Do you build wheels for people who buy elsewhere?
The builder is set up around the parts I stock. For anything else, email me before you order.
