Travers Bikes Races 2016

Entries are now live for all 2016 races that Travers Bikes are running this year.

Potash Spring Classic

The Potash Spring Classic is the race that kicks it all off on the 10th April, its a great race to try as your first event with a relaxed atmosphere and undulating wooded course. The race is held on private land normally closed to cycling, so it a great opportunity to ride in these woods.

The race last for 1 hour plus a lap (a lap is around 9 minutes for the leaders).

All riders also get free cake at the end of the race thanks to Birdwood Bakery in Leigh-on-sea. This adds to the great atmosphere at the end with everyone standing around chatting eating cake...its what cycling is all about!

Entry is £15 for adults and £7 for under 16's. The races are held under the British Cycling rules. All races start at 11:00 and a bell will indicate the final lap.
