Round 3 Official Results and Series standings

Round 3 results have been made official and the series standing have been updated to include these results.

Don't forget your gridding is based on the series standing, so consistency will reward you in the long run, it isn't all about being the quickiest.

Also everyone has a bad race, mechanical or can't make a round so only your best 5 of 6 results count toward your final series standings. Your worst result is dropped.

WRRS ‘23 - Travers Bikes MTB Series

This year the Women’s Rookie Race Squad has been popular with many comments of “if I’d known earlier” and “I would love to do that” well here’s your last chance. I am offering some free MTB coaching for women who want to try one of the Travers Bikes Races. There are some conditions that you must meet to be able to participate in the free coaching.
You must email me that you are interested - [email protected]
You must pre-enter round 6 of the Travers Race Series.
You must be new to racing off road and have a bike suitable for off road racing (MTB, CX, Gravel)
You must be able to attend at least one of the coaching sessions (03/06 & 24/06 am)
What you get;
At least 4 hours of free MTB and basic cycle skills coaching.
Access to an exclusive coach lead pre-ride of the race course the day before your race.
Cake and Prosecco after your race.
Spaces are limited on the coaching sessions and there is a minimum number of riders I must have in the coaching sessions to be able to run them.
You do not have to be in a cycle club and you don’t need leave your current club.

Provisional results are up for round 3, you have until wednesday midnight to spot any issues before they are made official and the series standings are updated.

Thanks to all the marshals and helpers who made the event possible and the riders for taking part.
Thanks for everryone takling home their litter, I found nothing in the carpark or on the course. I was a really great atmosphere in the finish area, the new start finish loop seems to be working great.
