Yes we do! Infact we ship everywhere (except for North korea and Russia)
Can you build me a custom titanium frame?
Yes we can, there are currently 2 options:
What is the best way to clean a titanium frame?
Simple soap and water is the best or general household cleaners also do a great job on more crusty dirt!
How long will it take to get a frame if I order today?
If the frame is in stock then it will be dispatched the same day. If you would like us to build the frame into a complete bike then normally build time is around 10 working days (depending on the availability of the components you spec). If the frame isn't in stock or you go for a custom build then the delivery time will be between 4-12 weeks.
How do I make a Warranty or Crash Replacement claim?
email Travers bikes to get a returns warranty number. We will then send you shipping details and instructions on how to package the frame.
When contacting us regarding a warranty claim please also include your phone number, address, email and description of the problem plus a copy of the original receipt.
On receipt of the frame Travers Bikes will inspect the frame to see if it falls within the warranty guidelines. If it does then a repaired or new frame will be sent with the price of postage covered.
For crash replacements or damage that falls outside of the warranty we offer a discount on a replacement frame. Please contact us for the current discount, you will also be informed of the shipping charges.
Even if you don't have a Travers Titanium frame we can repair your frame for you. Please email us for prices.
Where can I find the Travers Bikes Warranty?
The Warranty can be found here, or there will be a copy supplied with your frame when you purchase it.
I would like to order a frame but don't want to use Paypal
This isn't a problem, email us with the size and frame name and we will send send you our bank details. If you would like to pay by cheque this is also okay but it will need to clear before we can proceed with the order.
Which size frame is right for me?
Each frame in our range has a size guide, you can simply compare these measurements to your current frame. We can also take your measurement and create a custom frame for you.
How do I protect my titanium frame?
Titanium does not rust or oxidize, so does not require a protective layer or paint. Simply wash your frame down with soapy water and polish once dry. To remove finger prints rub a small amount of baby oil into the surface to really bring out the luster!
What titanium do we use for a frames?
We source our titanium tubes from a number of suppliers to meet the different demands of the particular frame we are building.
We use 3Al-2.5V alloy in all our frames.
Does the warranty cover a replacement derailleur hanger in the event of a crash?
No, the hanger is designed to break in the event of an accident to prevent further damage to the frame. You can purchase a replacement hanger from our online store.
Can I use titanium components with my titanium frame?
Yes you can but you must use a "Anti-seize" product to prevent direct contact and the 2 parts bonding together.
What are the different finish options and how much do they cost?
We currently offer two options, natural and bead blast. See the individual frames for more details or contact us for further information.

- Choose a model from our current line-up and adjust this, maybe you want a longer top tube or a steeper head angle.
- Send us your dream frame spec and we will can take this information and produce a CAD drawing for you.
