The original Rudy 29er frame has been updated, with new chainstay design to give more mud clearance and a stiffer rear triangle. The Rudy 29er cost £1199 and is available in Small, Medium. Large and XL. All frame size are currently in stock. The pictures below are the new model but with an added ISP for a custom build. (weight with ISP is just 1.95kg medium all in). The medium frame without the ISP is 1.78kg.
I have been waiting for a break in the weather to get some pictures of the titanium Road Elite but clearly it isn't going to happen. Here are a few candid shots. (large frame)
Following on from the exciting news of Angus Edmond riding one of our titanium frames when he defends his "Single Speed World Championship" we can reveal that he will be doing it on a new frame called... "Angus"
Whats so new about it? it will be a dedicated single speed/ hub geared animal without compromise. It will share many of the tried and tested features from the "Rudy Fat" geometry, sizes, handling and 29+ wheels but will have a slightly redesigned bottom bracket area with a dedicated Eccentric BB to handle the chain tension. The redesign will also allow you to run a (larger) Gates Carbon Drive Belt up to 46t from stock or bigger if you go the bespoke route.
Rohloff dropouts will come as standard so the tension bar will fit with no issues. Prices will be £1199 and the frame will be available from early April. We are taking pre-orders now (with a number already sold). email for details.

I mentioned a couple of months back that I took a chance and sent a Rudy Fat 29+ off to Bear Bones Bikepacking. It was a chance because they were less than impressed with the 29+ standard. I could have argued the point on the forum til I was blue in the face but instead I packaged up Rudy Fat and sent the bike off to them to speak for himself...the review is in!
It been an exciting time over the Christmas break with quite a few things happening . The biggest one of which will be that the current "Single Speed World Champion" Angus Edmond will be riding a Special edition Travers Titanium 29+ (single speed) at the Europeans in Ireland and defending his crown in Alaska. ...more details to come, prices/angles will be the same as the Rudy Fat. Check out Angus's blog for his current CX exploits.
