What a great race on Sunday! The weather gods were kind to us once again, and we saw some fantastic racing across all categories.
It was especially encouraging to see so many new riders joining the league, even at this late stage of the season. For this round, I tried to change the character of the course slightly to give different types of riders a chance to stretch their legs, particularly along the central path section.
We now have a short break before the final round. This is always our most popular event of the season, and the schedule will be slightly different. There will be a 20-minute gap after the first warm-up lap before the Women’s Elite/S1/Female Fun and U14/U16 Fun Male/Female races. This will allow time for the presentation of the U7, U9 and U12 MTB east League Awards.
