Betteshanger race day information

MTB East Round 3 – Betteshanger, Kent – Race Day Information
Entries are now closed.

This is our first event away from Potash Woods since Hadleigh Park, and we’re excited to bring the MTB East League to Betteshanger for Round 3. A big welcome to all the new riders joining us — if this is your first time racing with MTB East, we’ve outlined how the day will run below.

Venue Access & Facilities

• Car Park Fee: Please note there is a parking charge at Betteshanger. This has been factored into the lower entry fee for this round.
  
• Toilets & Showers: Available near the main car park.
  
• Catering: A burger van will be located at the start/finish area, and there’s a restaurant near the main car park.
  

Race HQ & Sign-On

• Race HQ is located up the stairs from the main entrance, then follow the road track up the hill.
  
• Number boards can be collected from the Travers Bikes gazebo. Please keep your board — it will be used for all future rounds you take part in.
  
  

Practice Times

• U7 / U9 / U12 Riders: The course opens at 08:15 for practice.
  
• Youth & Adult Riders: There will be two opportunities for practice laps --
  
  
  1. Before the Women’s, U14/U16, and Fun races
     
  2. Before the Men’s S2 and Male U14/U16 races
     
     

Start List & Rider Information
We’ll be working on the start lists and gridding tonight. These will be sent to you by email either later this evening or tomorrow morning, along with the full Rider Information Pack.
