Update!!!
Last minute change, the country park are now saying we need to have security and lighting on site for the camping. It would have been nice if they had told us this before, which means we can no longer offer the camping but.....

Next door to the bike park is https://www.cottingtonlakes.co.uk/. I have checked and they have lots of space available, a cafe, and on-site toilets and showers are open all night.
